Swap reservation typically refers to the process of changing or switching one reservation for another.
Follow the below steps to swap the reservations.
- Use the drag-and-drop function to move the reservation from one room ID to another.
- A "Move Reservation" pop-up window will appear. Within the same tab, you will see a "SWAP" option.
- Check the checkbox to confirm your choice and then submit the "Move Reservation" to complete the swap process.
