How to Swap the reservation from Group Reservation calendar?

Please find the below steps:

1. Log in to your Stayflexi account.
2. Go to the Group Reservation Calendar option situated in the upper left corner under the Group Dashboard.
3. The system will then provide you with a consolidated calendar view featuring all the properties.
4. You have the flexibility to Drag and Drop reservations from the current room ID to other rooms of the same room type or upgrade to a different room type.
5. Once you've moved the reservation from the current room ID, you will find the "Swap" option under the "Move reservation" tab.
6. Check the "Swap" option box and provide any necessary remarks for internal reference.
7. Click the " Move Reservation" option to execute the booking swap.
