How to cancel an offline reservation?

Here are the steps to cancel an offline reservation:


  1. Select the particular reservation.
  2. Click on the "Cancel Booking" option within the Booking Information tab.
  3. After clicking "Cancel," a confirmation pop-up window will appear to confirm the reservation cancellation.
  4. Provide the necessary criteria for the cancellation and submit the request.


Note : OTA reservations must be canceled either through the extranet system or by the guests themselves.
