How to Delete Room ids ?

The deletion of a Room ID involves removing a specific room number from any room category.Through the process of Room ID deletion, the system effectively decreases the inventory count associated with that particular room type to which the room number belongs.

Note : If there are any current or future reservations system wouldn't allow you to delete the room id.

Follow the steps outlined below to delete the room ids.

1. Navigate to the specific property level by clicking on "Go to Dashboard."
2. On the Dashboard page, find and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
3. Access the three-dot icon situated on the right side of the page.
4. Choose the bulk operations option from the menu displayed in the three dots.
5. From the Action Type menu, select "Delete Rooms."
6. System would display all the room ids available on in the system under each room category.
7. Select the room id which youi would like to delete from the system.
8. Once selected click on "Delete rooms" to remove the room id from the system.
