Below are the detailed steps for moving, upgrading, or downgrading reservations within the same room category or to different room categories.
Move Reservation under same room category.
- Select the particular reservation.
- Within the Booking Information tab, locate and click on the "Move Room" option.
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying the current room category and room IDs, along with the new room category and room IDs for you to choose.
- Specify the new Room ID and click "Move Reservation" to save your changes.
Note: You can move reservations to new room IDs only when the booking status is in the "Confirmed" or "Checked In" state.
Upgrade / Downgrade Reservation.
- Select the specific reservation.
- In the Booking Information tab, locate and click the "Move Room" option.
- A pop-up window will appear, showing the current room category and room IDs, along with the options for selecting a new room category and room ID.
- Depending on the chosen room category, the system will display the price difference as an additional cost for room upgrades and as a negative amount for downgrades.
- You have the flexibility to manually adjust the displayed prices according to your needs.
- To apply the changes, click on "Move Reservation."
