How to Move and Upgrade room for a reservation ?

Below are the detailed steps for moving, upgrading, or downgrading reservations within the same room category or to different room categories.

Move Reservation under same room category.

1. Select the particular reservation.
2. Within the Booking Information tab, locate and click on the "Move Room" option.
3. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the current room category and room IDs, along with the new room category and room IDs for you to choose.
4. Specify the new Room ID and click "Move Reservation" to save your changes.

Note: You can move reservations to new room IDs only when the booking status is in the "Confirmed" or "Checked In" state.

Upgrade / Downgrade Reservation.

1. Select the specific reservation.
2. In the Booking Information tab, locate and click the "Move Room" option.
3. A pop-up window will appear, showing the current room category and room IDs, along with the options for selecting a new room category and room ID.
4. Depending on the chosen room category, the system will display the price difference as an additional cost for room upgrades and as a negative amount for downgrades.
5. You have the flexibility to manually adjust the displayed prices according to your needs.
6. To apply the changes, click on "Move Reservation."
