How to unlock a booking from the folio ?

If you're on the Dashboard page, you can either select the specific reservation and click "View Folio,". OR use the Universal Search Bar to search for the reservation by guest name, email ID, or phone number, OR simply click on the reservation you want from the reservation grid and choose "View Folio" from the booking information tab.

Follow these steps, to unlock a specific reservation on the folio:

1. On the Folio page click on the three dots [Folio Actions] next to the booking ID.
2. From the dropdown menu that appears, opt for "Unlock Booking."
3. Upon selecting "Unlock Booking," the system will prompt a window to confirm the room unlocking.
4. Click "Yes, Unlock" to confirm. The booking will now be marked as unlocked in the reservation grid.
