How to edit the guest details in the folio?

In this article, you will discover the procedures for modifying customer information from the 'Folio'.

If you're on the Dashboard page, you can either select the specific reservation and click "View Folio," OR use the universal search bar to search for the reservation by guest name, email id, or phone number, OR simply click on the reservation you want from the reservation grid.

  1. On Clicking the Guest Name, the system would display the customer information tab.
  2. You can make changes to the guest details within each column.
  3. After updating all the necessary information, click on the "Save Customer" dialog box to save your changes.

Click on the Guest name on the Folio page to modify the customer details.
