How to unassign a booking from a room ?

If you're on the Dashboard page, you can either select the specific reservation and click "View Folio,". OR use the Universal Search Bar to search for the reservation by guest name, email ID, or phone number, OR simply click on the reservation you want from the reservation grid and choose "View Folio" from the booking information tab.

Follow these steps, to unassign a specific reservation from the folio:

  1. On the Folio page click on the three dots [Folio Actions] next to the booking ID.
  2. In the dropdown menu that appears, select "Unassign Room."
  3. A pop-up window will open, offering the option to unassign the reservation from the current room ID.
  4. Once the booking is unassigned, the system will relocate the reservation to the unassigned section in the reservation grid.

Please note: To reassign the booking, you can either click on the unassigned section in the reservation grid and choose "Assign Room," or search for the reservation using the universal search and click on the booking, which will redirect you to the folio where you can assign the room at the folio level.
