If the reservation was originally made with the guest's email, the system will automatically send the email confirmation voucher. However, if the email address is added after the booking is created, you can manually trigger the voucher by following the steps below.
- Choose the specific reservation.
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying the "Booking Information" tab. Locate and select the "View Folio" option.
- Clicking "View Folio" will take you to the folio page.
- On the folio page, click the three dots and opt for the "Email Booking Confirmation" choice from the menu.
- Enter the guest's valid email address and click "Send Link" to send the email confirmation voucher to the guest's email address.
