Here are the steps to lock a reservation:
- Choose the specific locked reservation from the grid.
- The system will open the Booking Information tab. In this tab, find the "Unlock Booking" option.
- A pop-up window will appear, providing you with the option to confirm unlocking the room.
- Click on "Yes, Unlock." The booking will then be marked as unlocked in the reservation grid.
