Booking folio helps you in viewing the entire booking details of a customer in one place. In fact, the booking folio allows you to update check-ins when your guests are, modify bookings if needed, and update the payment options as well.
Here’s how you can make payment from the booking folio page.
Click on the “settle dues” option at the bottom right side of the page.
On clicking, you will get multiple options, to update the payment of the customer. You can choose multiple options as shown in the image below.
You can select the option of your choice and update the customer's payment.
