How to send a payment link to guest ?

If there is an outstanding balance from the guest for any reservation, and you want to collect the payment online, you can send a payment link to the guest's email. This link will direct them to the Razorpay payment gateway, where the guest can make the payment using various methods such as credit card, digital wallets, UPI, and more.


Here are the steps to send a payment link to a guest:


  1. Select the respective reservation on the grid.
  2. The system will open the Booking Information tab. Within this tab, locate the "Settle Dues" option.
  3. Click on "Settle Dues," and from the dropdown menu, select the "Send Payment Link" option.
  4. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the guest's email address, phone number, and the amount to be collected. The system will display default details based on the booking information, which you can modify if necessary.
  5. After filling in the required details, click on "Send Payment Link."
  6. The guest will receive an email containing the payment link to clear the balance due.
