How do I create Offers/Coupon codes and how do they work?

How can I create new Coupon codes or Offers?

Follow these steps to create a new Coupon code or Offer:

1. Navigate to the desired property by selecting "Go to Dashboard" on the Hotel Dashboard.
2. Access the Revenue Management section by clicking on "more apps" and choosing it.
3. Within the Revenue Management section, select the "Coupon Code / Offers" option on the left-hand side.
4. Click on "Add Coupon Code / Offers.
5. When creating a Coupon code/Offers, you'll need to specify details such as:

1. Name of the Coupon code/Offer
2. Description
3. Type of Discount (Coupon code or Offer)
4. Number of Rooms
5. Number of Nights stay
6. Discount percentage
7. Date range
8. Days of the Week

How do Coupon codes/Offers work once created?

A: Once created, the Coupon code or Offer will be available in the dropdown during Walk-in Booking Creation. Additionally, you can share the same Coupon code with guests to avail discounts on Booking Engine bookings.
