Modified on Fri, 02 Feb 2024 at 10:04 AM

Subuser login" typically refers to a system where a primary user, often an administrator or account owner, can create and grant access to secondary users, known as subusers.

Each sub user has their own login credentials and permissions, allowing them to access specific features or perform certain actions within the system.

Please follow the steps below to create the sub-user login.

  1. Access the Dashboard by choosing "Go to Dashboard" within the designated property level.
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click "More Apps," then select "Property Configuration."
  3. The system will land on the Property details page.
  4. Once on the Property details page, locate the "User and Access Controls" option below the Booking Engine option.
  5. Firstly choose the "Roles and Access" option to create new roles and define what access each role will have based on the user's responsibilities. You can also edit existing roles if needed. These roles can be assigned to multiple users, and it helps to control what each person can see or do in a system.
  6. Once the Roles are created, go to the "User" option.
  7. On the user page, you can create a new user in a system and assign multiple roles based on their responsibilities. You can adjust the user's access level or revoke access at any time.
  8. Once the user is created click on "Save".
