How to set pricing for different rooms?

Utilize the Rates & Inventory calendar to make adjustments to the rates for various room categories and rate plans within a specified date range. Follow the steps below to complete the process:


  1. Navigate to the specific property level by clicking on "Go to Dashboard."
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section next to the search bar.
  3. Access the three-dot icon positioned on the right side of the page.
  4. Choose the bulk operations option from the menu displayed in the three dots.
  5. From the Action Type menu, select "Set Pricing."
  6. Choose the OTA source for which you intend to update the rates.
  7. Select the days of the week and date range for which the rates need to be updated.
  8. Choose the Room type and Rate plan, then input the rates for each occupancy level, from default pax to max pax, including child and infants.
  9. Once the rates are filled, click on "Set Pricing."
  10. Upon submission, the system will display a confirmation message pop-up on the screen.
  11. Once confirmed, the system will update and synchronize the rates to the particular OTA extranet.



Note: If you wish to update rates for multiple room categories and rate plans for the same date period, you can select the "Add Room Type" option to choose the next category or rate plan.
