How to set a room as "sold out"?

Sold Out refers to a situation where all available rooms or accommodations in a hotel are booked or reserved, and there are no more vacancies for a specific date or period.

Please follow the steps below to mark the property for sold out.

  1. Navigate to the specific property level by selecting "Go to Dashboard."
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
  3. Access the three-dot icon positioned on the right side of the page.
  4. Choose the bulk operations option from the available menu in the three dots.
  5. From the Action Type menu, select "Set Sold Out.
  6. Specify the Date range and click on Set Sold Out option to mark the property has sold out.
