Sold Out refers to a situation where all available rooms or accommodations in a hotel are booked or reserved, and there are no more vacancies for a specific date or period.
Please follow the steps below to mark the property for sold out.
- Navigate to the specific property level by selecting "Go to Dashboard."
- On the Dashboard page, locate and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
- Access the three-dot icon positioned on the right side of the page.
- Choose the bulk operations option from the available menu in the three dots.
- From the Action Type menu, select "Set Sold Out.
- Specify the Date range and click on Set Sold Out option to mark the property has sold out.
