How to set rooms offline?

An offline room refers to the availability of a room exclusively for reservations made through offline channels, such as walk-in bookings. When a room is moved to offline status, the system will not display its availability for online portals.


Follow the steps outlined below to set the minimum length of stay:


  1. Navigate to the specific property level by clicking on "Go to Dashboard."
  2. On the Dashboard page, find and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
  3. Access the three-dot icon situated on the right side of the page.
  4. Choose the bulk operations option from the menu displayed in the three dots.
  5. From the Action Type menu, select "Set Offline."
  6. Select the desired Room ID that needs to be moved offline.
  7. Specify the date range for the room to be set to offline.
  8. Upon submission, the system will display a confirmation message pop-up on the screen.
  9. Once confirmed, the chosen room ID will be moved to offline availability.


Note: If you want to mark offline all rooms, you can use the toggle option to select all room IDs.
