Group Reservation Calendar - This functionality allows hoteliers or admins to easily access and oversee reservations across multiple properties from a single page. It offers a reservation grid that presents a consolidated calendar view for all properties, streamlining the process of managing bookings.
Note : This feature is available for properties with limited inventory and consists of a maximum of 10-15 Hotels.
Please find the below steps:
1. Login to the Stayflexi account.
2. Navigate to the Group Reservation Calendar option located in the top left corner under the Group Dashboard.
3. The system will then present you with a unified calendar view showcasing all the properties.
4. Utilize the "Quick Book" by drag and drop by selecting check-in & checkout date to make a reservation for a particular room number at a specific property.
