How to create Group Tax category ?

How to create Tax category which can be applied to Room tax , Outelts & Addons ?

Once the Tax categories are created follow the below steps to create Group Tax category.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard by selecting "Go to Dashboard" at the designated property level.
2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click "More Apps," then choose "Property Configuration."
3. Once on the Property details page, find the "Group tax category" option under Taxes & Fee Categories.
4. Click on "Add New Group tax category" if you need to create a new tax category, or locate the existing Tax you want to update.
5. In the pop-up window, specify the Group Tax category name such as - Room Booking ,etc.
6. Select component tax categories and choose multiple Tax category from the dropdown.
7. Save the Tax category.

To Update the Tax Category for the room type follow the steps.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard by selecting "Go to Dashboard" at the designated property level.
2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click "More Apps," then choose "Property Configuration."
3. Scroll down to view the Room categories in the system and click on edit room type.
4. Search for the Tax category option and enable the created group tax percentage for the room type.
