To configure an alternate email address and contact number for display on all guest communications, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Dashboard by selecting "Go to Dashboard" at the designated property level.
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click "More Apps," then choose "Property Configuration."
  3. Opt for the Settings option in the Property Configuration page on the left-hand side.
  4. After clicking "Settings," find and select "Folio Config"
  5. Within the Folio Config, Look for an option of  " Folio Display Phone Number and Email"
  6. Enter the alternate email address and contact number in the provided fields.
  7. Save the changes to confirm the configuration.


By following these steps, you can ensure that the configured alternate email address and contact number will be displayed on all guest communications including folio and registration card from your property.
