How to set a maximum length of stay?

The maximum length of stay, refers to the maximum number of nights a guest is allowed to stay in a property.



Follow the steps outlined below to set the maximum length of stay:



  1. Navigate to the specific property level by selecting "Go to Dashboard."
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
  3. Access the three-dot icon positioned on the right side of the page.
  4. Choose the bulk operations option from the available menu in the three dots.
  5. From the Action Type menu, opt for "Maximum Length of Stay (MLOS)."
  6. Specify the days of the week and date range for which the MLOS is to be applied.
  7. Choose the OTA source (e.g., Booking.com, Go-mmt, Agoda, etc.).
  8. Select the room type and rate plan, and specify the MLOS.
  9. Once all the data is filled click on Set MLOS.



Note: 


1.If you wish to apply the same MLOS for all room types and rate plans, you can enable the toggle.


2.You can also set different MLOS for various OTAs as needed.
