How to add customer notes ?

You have several ways to access the folio. 


If you're on the Dashboard page, you can either select the specific reservation and click "View Folio,". OR use the Universal Search Bar to search for the reservation by guest name, email id, or phone number, OR simply click on the reservation you want from the reservation grid and choose "View Folio" from the booking information tab.



Follow the below steps to add customer notes on the folio.


  1. While on the Folio page, click the dropdown arrow next to "Bill to."
  2. The system will present you with the reservation details and an input field to add customer notes.
  3. On clicking the customer notes field system would popup a new window to input the desired notes and save the changes
