How to Add Customer Notes?

Here are the steps to add Customer notes:


Select the specific booking in the reservation grid.

  1. A pop-up window will open, showing the booking information tab.
  2. Within the same window, navigate to the "Notes" section.
  3. Choose "Customer Notes" and click on the Add symbol.
  4. Enter the desired notes and save the changes.
