How to add multiple services[Hotel Addons] to the guest folio during checkout?

With Stayflexi, there's no need to generate individual bills for each service your guests utilize. You can simply include these services as add-ons on the folio page, and the system will automatically compute the final bill when they check out. To add services to your guest's folio, please follow the steps outlined below.

Here are the steps to add Hotel Addons to a reservation in Stayflexi:

1. Navigate to the Reservation Grid.
2. Click on the specific reservation for which you want to add Hotel Addons.
3. A pop-up window will appear, offering the "Booking Information" tab. Locate and select the "View Folio" option.
4. Clicking on "View Folio" will redirect you to the folio page.
5. On the folio page, click on the three dots near the top left side, next to the "reload symbol."
6. Choose "Add Hotel Addons" from the dropdown menu.
7. Fill in the service details, including pricing, and click "Add New Service."
8. The added service will automatically appear in the list.

Note: You can add multiple services, and the system will calculate the total automatically. Follow a similar process to add more services. You can also customize tax percentages according to your preferences, and you can select tax slabs from the dropdown menu.
