To control WhatsApp notifications sent to guests regarding reservations, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Dashboard by selecting "Go to Dashboard" at the designated property level.
  2. On the Dashboard page, locate and click "More Apps," then choose "Property Configuration."
  3. Choose the Notification Access option in the Property Configuration page on the left-hand side.
  4. After clicking "Notification Access," the system will provide dropdowns to manage notifications via Email & WhatsApp.
  5. Select the WhatsApp notification access.
  6. Regulate the WhatsApp notifications sent to guests by enabling or disabling the relevant options.
  7. Save the changes to apply the modifications.
