How to unblock a previously blocked room?

If you have a room that was blocked at any given time, you can easily unblock it whenever necessary. To unblock a room that was previously blocked, please follow the steps outlined below.


  1. Navigate to the specific property level by selecting "Go to Dashboard."
  2. On the Dashboard page, find and click on the "Rates & Inventory" section located next to the search bar.
  3. Access the three-dot icon positioned on the right side of the page.
  4. Choose the bulk operations option from the menu displayed in the three dots.
  5. From the Action Type menu, select "UnBlock Rooms."
  6. Select the previouls blocked room id that needs to be unblocked.
  7. Specify the date range for the room to be unblocked.
  8. Provide the reason for the block and click on the "UnBlock Room" submit option.
  9. Upon submission, the system will display a confirmation message pop-up on the screen.
  10. Once submit the choosen room would be UnBlocked and will be available to guests for booking.
