How to edit the rate plan on the folio ?

You have several ways to access the folio. 

If you're on the Dashboard page, you can either select the specific reservation and click "View Folio,". OR use the Universal Search Bar to search for the reservation by guest name, email id, or phone number, OR simply click on the reservation you want from the reservation grid and choose "View Folio" from the booking information tab.

Follow the below steps to edit the rate plan from the Folio for any specific reservations.

1. On the Folio page click on the three dots next to the booking ID.
2. In the dropdown menu that appears, select "Edit Rate Plan."
3. A pop-up window will appear, providing the option to modify the Rate Plan.
4. By default, the system will display the currently booked rate plan. Click on the rate plan dialogue box and select the new rate plan you wish to apply.
5. The system will automatically show the prices based on the rates stored in the system. If desired, you can override these prices to make modifications.
6. After making the necessary changes, click "Save" to apply the rate plan changes to the reservation.
