- Within the Reservation Grid, select the particular reservation.
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying the Booking information with reservation details.
- Inside this window, locate and click on the Check-In dialogue box.
- Upon clicking the Check-In option, another pop-up window will emerge to confirm the customer's check-in.
- After confirming the check-in, the booking status will transition from 'confirmed' to 'checked-in,' and the color will shift from orange to green.
