How to upload the menu items via CSV file ?

To upload menu items via a CSV file in the Stayflexi system, you can follow these general steps. 


  1. Log in to the Stayflexi system.
  2. Go to the specific property for which you want to create an outlet.
  3. Once you are at the property level, click on "Go to Dashboard" or a similar option to access the property dashboard.
  4. Look for the "More apps" option, which is often located next to the property name on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  5. Under the "More apps" menu, find and select "Shops."
  6. Click on the outlet.
  7. Look for a section related to "Configuration".
  8. Within the Configuration section, find an option labeled "Menu Items". Click on this option.
  9. In the topmost section, there should be an option to download bulk upload template file. Download this file as it serves as the template for structuring your menu items.
  10. Open the downloaded CSV file using a spreadsheet editor (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  11. Fill in the necessary details for each menu item, including item name, description, category, price, tax, etc. Ensure that the structure of the CSV file matches the required format.
  12. Save the edited CSV file with the changes you made.
  13. Return to the Stayflexi outlet and find the option to upload the CSV file.
  14. Choose the edited CSV file and initiate the upload process.
  15. After the upload is complete, verify that the menu items are correctly reflected in the system. Check the menu or items section to confirm the successful upload.
