How to set a maximum amount for advance booking?

If you have new bookings coming in, you can give them the option to pay a certain amount in advance and the rest at the end of their stay. With stayflexi, you can set the maximum amount the customer can pay in advance for their booking

To set up a maximum offset for advanced booking, follow the below-mentioned steps. 

Step 1: Log in to your hotel dashboard using your credentials. Click on the property for which you want to set the maximum amount for advanced booking.

Step 2: Click on “Go to dashboard”. 

You will be redirected to this page. 

Step 3: Click on the “rates and inventory” icon from the top left side of the page as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page. 

Step 4: Click on the “three dots” icon from the right side of the page.

Once you click on that, a dropdown will open that will look like the screenshot given below.

Step 5: Select the bulk operation option from there.

Step 6: Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this sidebar. Click on “ max advance booking offset” from the drop-down. 

Step 7: Now fill in all the required fields, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 8: Once done, click on “set max adv offset” button.

That’s it. Your maximum advance booking amount will be updated on every selected channel.
