How to reassign room types?

You might have preset room types for your hotel. But if you wish to reassign your room type, you can do that from your Stayflexi dashboard.

To reassign the room types, follow the below-mentioned steps.

Step 1: Log in to your hotel dashboard using your credentials. Click on the property for which you want to reassign the room type.  

Step 2: Click on “Go to dashboard”. 

You will be redirected to this page. 

Step 3: Click on the “rates and inventory” icon from the top left side of the page as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page. 

Step 4: Click on the “three dots” icon from the right side of the page.

Once you click on that, a dropdown will open that will look like the screenshot given below.

Step 5: Select the bulk operation option from there.

Step 6: Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this sidebar. Click on “reassign room types” from the drop-down. 

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page.

For example, you have 4 rooms under “heritage bungalow” and you want to reassign one of them under “mountain view house” 

Step 7: Click on the room that you want to reassign. Here I am selecting “5 vanilla”. Refer to the screenshot below. 

Step 8: After that, click on “reassign rooms”.

Once you click on it, you will receive a confirmation pop-up. 

Step 9: Click on “confirm” and that’s it. The room will be reassigned under a different category.
