How to edit room IDs for your hotel?

You have a set of room IDs for different rooms in your hotel. In case you want to edit the IDs you can do that from your Stayflexi dashboard. To set up new IDs follow the below-mentioned steps.

Step 1: Log in to your hotel dashboard using your credentials. Click on the property for which you want to edit the room IDs. 

Step 2: Click on “Go to dashboard”. 

You will be redirected to this page. 

Step 3: Click on the “rates and inventory” icon from the top left side of the page as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page. 

Step 4: Click on the “three dots” icon from the right side of the page.

Once you click on that, a dropdown will open that will look like the screenshot given below.

Step 5: Select the bulk operation option from there.

Step 6: Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this sidebar. Click on “ edit room IDs” from the drop-down. 

Clicking on the above-mentioned options will show you the room IDs that you currently have. Refer to the screenshot below.

Step 7: You can add IDs as per your choice. For example, I am setting the ids for hotel vanilla county, so i am naming the IDs like the one mentioned in the screenshot below. 

Step 8: Once done, click on the “edit room IDs” button. 

Once you click on that, you will receive a confirmation pop-up. Refer to the image below. 

Step 9: Once done, click on confirm. Your room IDs will be set.
