How to set a room as "sold out"?

You might have multiple room types and you are either sold out of one particular type or all the types. To update the “ sold out: status of your rooms, follow the below-mentioned steps. 


Step 1: Log in to your hotel dashboard using your credentials. Click on the property for which you want to set as sold out. 

Step 2: Click on “Go to dashboard”. 


You will be redirected to this page. 


Step 3: Click on the “rates and inventory” icon from the top left side of the page as shown in the screenshot below.


Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page. 



Step 4: Click on the “three dot” icon from right side of the page.



Once you click on that, a dropdown will open that will look like the screenshot given below.




Step 5: Select the bulk operation option from there.



Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this sidebar.



Step 6: Click on the “set sold out” option from the action type dropdown. Refer to the screenshot below. 



Step 7: Once you click on that, you will be redirected to the page as shown below. Select the room type and the days and dates for which the room will be unavailable. 


Step 8: Once done, click on “set sold out” ..


That’s it. The room will be marked as sold out and no one will be able to book the room for that time frame.
