How to update rates from OTA?

If you have your property listed on multiple OTAs you can update the same prices for your direct bookings from the Stayflexi dashboard only. To set pricing from OTA, follow the below-mentioned steps. 

Step 1: Log in to your hotel dashboard using your credentials. Click on the property for which you want to update the price.

Step 2: Click on “Go to dashboard”. 

You will be redirected to this page. 

Step 3: Click on the “rates and inventory” icon from the top left side of the page as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this page. 

Step 4: Click on the “three dots” icon from the right side of the page.

Once you click on that, a dropdown will open that will look like the screenshot given below.

Step 5: Select the bulk operation option from there.

Once you click on that, you will be redirected to this side bar.

Step 6: From the dropdown, choose the option “update rates from OTA”.

Step 7: After that, click on the channel from which you want to update the rates. For example here I have selected booking.com.

Step 8: Select the number of days and the date for which you want to update the booking. Once all the segments are filled, click on the “previous year” or “next year” option from the bottom. 

Once you click on that, you will receive this pop-up. 

Step 9: Click on “confirm” and the OTA rates from the particular channel will be updated for your direct bookings.
