How to restore a previously deleted room?

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard, with your existing ID and password.


Step 2: Click on the hotel for which you want to restore the deleted room. For example, here I am selecting the first property.


Once you click on this, you will be redirected to this page as shown below.

Step 3: From the top left side of the page, click on the first option from the right.


Clicking on the icon will redirect you to the page as shown below.

Step 4: Click on the three-dot icon from the right side of the page.


Once you click on that, a dropdown menu will appear as shown below.


Step 5: Select the bulk operations option from here.



Once you click on that, a sidebar will appear as shown below.


Step 6: Select the “action type” from the drop-down list. Click on the restore deleted room option available in the list.

Step 7: Next select the room types bar. A drop-down will show different room types available. Select the Room types you want and room IDs will be displayed.

Note: the deleted rooms for that particular room type will appear once you select the room. For example, here I am restoring two rooms that are deleted from the "double room" type. 

Step 8: Click on the room IDs that you want to restore, and click on "restore rooms".

That's it. Once done, the deleted rooms will be restored and you will be able to view them in your inventory they will also appear for booking in the reservation calendar and OTA forms.
