How to cancel a booking?

To cancel the booking of any guest, here’s what you need to do. Follow the below-mentioned steps. 

Login to your customer dashboard, with your existing credentials. Select on the reservation calendar situated on the top left side of the page.

From the reservation calendar, select the guest for whom you want to modify the reservation or booking. For example, here we are modifying the booking for John.

So click on the name of the guest and a side bar will appear with all the guest details.

From this sidebar, click on the three dots situated at the top right corner.

Once you click on that, a dropdown menu will appear with different options. Refer to the screenshot below.

Select the applicable option for your guest and modify your bookings accordingly. If you want to cancel a booking, select the cancel booking option.
