How to hold a booking?

Login to your customer dashboard, with your existing credentials. Click on the reservation calendar situated on the top left side of the page.

From the reservation calendar, select the guest for whom you want to modify the reservation or booking. For example, here we are modifying the booking for John.

So click on the name of the guest and a side bar will appear with all the guest details.

From this side bar, click on the three dots situated at the top right corner.

Once you click on that, a dropdown menu will appear with different options. Refer to the screenshot below.

Select the applicable option for your guest and modify your bookings accordingly. If you want to hold a booking, select the hold booking option. 

Once you click on hold booking, you will receive a confirmation pop up as shown in the screenshot.

If you wish to hold this booking click the,  Yes, Hold Booking button. 

Once done, your booking will be successfully put on hold and will automatically be removed from the reservation calender.
