How to modify an existing booking?

All bookings can be modified, provided there are empty rooms and slots available for shifting or modifying that booking. In case you want to modify an existing booking, follow the steps given below.

Login to your customer dashboard, with your existing credentials. 

Click on the reservation calendar situated on the top left side of the page.

From the reservation calendar, select the guest for whom you want to modify the reservation or booking. For example, here we are modifying the booking for John.

So click on the guest's name, and a sidebar will appear with all the guest details.

From this side bar, click on the three dots situated at the top right corner.

Once you click on that, a dropdown menu will appear with different options. Refer to the screenshot below.

Select the applicable option for your guest and modify your bookings accordingly.
